April Showers on The Storm

April showers on The Storm will produce a green-themed show the weekend of 4/19-4/20 when we'll present the Earth Day Acoustic Storm. Mother Nature will take over the airwaves with environmentally-inspired music from the Beatles, Neil Young, Kansas, Joni Mitchell and many more, including the Eagles in the Eye of The Storm.

It will be raining Hall of Famers the first weekend of the month on The Storm, with artists that are enshrined in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, like the Stones, Zeppelin, Clapton, McCartney, Fleetwood Mac, Jackson Browne, Heart and many more.  We've also got acoustic-rock from the HOF class of 2014, with Kiss, Nirvana, Cat Stevens, and the E Street Band, among others. Plus, new Hall of Fame member Peter Gabriel will go into the Eye of The Storm, both solo and with Genesis.

Listen for acoustic versions from "Who's Next" 4/12-4/13 and then April wraps up with Simon & Garfunkel in The Eye 4/26-4/27.

I hope you enjoy this month's Storms, and thanks for listening!

The Silver Screen Storm will salute the Academy Awards March 1-2, and then Spring Fever takes over the weekend of March 22-23 with some acoustic-rock to celebrate the season.

Besides the "Vans," this month's Eye of The Storm artists include the Doors, Stones and John Mellencamp.
