Acoustic Storm Celebrates 16 Years

The Acoustic Storm will celebrate its 16th anniversary this month.  On October 25, 1998 the radio show hit the airwaves for the first time on 100.7 KSLX in Phoenix, Arizona. Thanks for listening all these years, and keeping The Storm going strong!

We'll commemorate that milestone with theme sets in the second half of each hour of the 10/19-20 Acoustic Storm, with Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers in The Eye. Another theme show will roll your way 10/26-27, as we'll have some fun and get a bit spooky with the Halloween Acoustic Storm, featuring the Doors in the Eye of The Storm.

John Lennon would have been 74 on October 9, so we'll remember John in words and music, 10/4-10/5. The following weekend, Led Zeppelin will get the spotlight in the Eye of The Storm.

Cooler weather has arrived, so check out The Acoustic Storm's fall collection of long-sleeve t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts.  Click here for Storm Gear.
