Fathers Day Storm and June Artists

For Fathers Day weekend (6/19-20), we'll play some special Storm sets with a paternal theme, including "Cats in the Cradle" from Harry Chapin, Paul McCartney's "Put it There," Jimmy Buffett with "Son of a Son of a Sailor," Cat Stevens' "Father & Son" and lots more. Plus, we'll feature Eric Clapton in the Eye of The Storm.

This year's Fathers Day show is dedicated to my dad, Edwin Parets, who passed away in February.

Here's the June slate of artists on The Acoustic Storm:

6/5-6: DAVID BOWIE

6/12-13: ROLLING STONES

6/19-20: ERIC CLAPTON (Father’s Day theme)

6/26-27: VAN MORRISON

Memorial Day Weekend Acoustic Storm

For the weekend of 5/29-30, The Acoustic Storm will feature special
theme sets to honor Memorial Day.

We'll profile Bruce Springsteen in the Eye of The Storm with his
acoustic demo for "Born in the USA," along with live versions of
"Born to Run" and "Chimes of Freedom."

Other highlights of The Acoustic Storm Memorial Day Weekend show include
John Lennon on acoustic guitar with "Imagine," Billy Joel's powerful
Vietnam Vets tribute "Goodnight Saigon," "Blowin in the Wind" from Bob Dylan's
1975 Rolling Thunder Revue, David Gilmour of Pink Floyd live in Poland with
"Wish You Were Here," and a great harmony vocal performance by Crosby & Nash on "My Country 'Tis of Thee."
